Utah

We also visited a lot with Grandma and Grandpa, Uncle Rich, Aunt Lynne, Rachel, Jim, Jessica & her two sweet little boys, Heather, and Richie. Cris even made Mexican food and we played Badminton. :)

Recently...

This month we went to Utah and saw the sight of Salt Lake City. Cris took me all around his old haunts when he lived in SLC: the apartment he lived in, the chapel he attended, the place he worked. It was so fun!

Then...

May was our anniversary dinner at Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill inside Caesar's Palace. It was so good we bought his cookbook for the menu items.

Christmas in San Diego 2010

We spent Christmas in San Diego this year. Crystal and her family, Amy, my mom and us all got together. Even the dogs came, Smores and Mushu.

December 2010 Tamales

We taught the youth in our ward to make homemade tamales. They even tasted good when we were done, LOL.

Thanksgiving 2010

My mom came up with her friend, Ellen, to visit us. We did Thanksgiving and went to the Bellagio.

Halloween 2010

We dressed as German inn keepers (or Heidi, as that was easier to explain). We were a hit and no one recognized Jen in her blond wig!

Chicago

Amy graduated Navy Boot Camp in September and Jen went with her mom. They saw Amy's graduation, Navy Pier, and went on a boat tour. Amy had to leave to Florida the next morning for training. The next couple of days, Jen and her mom went on another couple of tours, The John Hancock Center, and Chicago's Botanical Gardens.

Philadelphia & New York

Last Summer (2010) we went to Philadelphia and NYC!

WOW, New York City was amazing. It was like a whole other planet. We saw a play (Wicked), we went on a bus tour, we ate in China Town, and went to Dean & Deluca's (so good!). We were only there for two days, but we did a ton anyway!

We spent more time in Philadelphia and saw the Liberty Bell, took a bus tour of the city, and Reading Terminal. We even got to see the Rocky steps for those Rocky Movie fans. :)

So it's been a year...

So it's been a year since we posted anything. :(

We are excited to share the stuff that has happened. Okay so it will be a lot. Just so it is not confusing, I will make a separate entry for each event even though it will have the same date.
